The Department of Administration has recently updated the Lean master contract program that is available for use by all State agencies and local units of government. The program is designed to allow agencies and other governmental units a mechanism to easily and effectively procure Lean consulting services. Note, this Program is available for use by State of Minnesota agencies and other government units eligible under the State's Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) established pursuant to Minnesota Statute § 16C.03, subdivision 10. CPV members include, but are not limited to, counties, cities, school districts and higher education systems and institutions.

Services: Offers custom-designed services in business process redesign and reengineering; organizational development; program evaluation; coaching; change management
Experience: MAD consultants are internally-trained Lean Kaizen facilitators, with one Six Sigma black belt on staff. As state employees, MAD consultants understand the unique demands of working and managing in state government. MAD has been providing fee-for-service consulting to state agencies since 1985 and have experience in a wide variety of improvement projects.
Price: $125/hour or $1000/day
Special Considerations: Pre-contract consultation meetings are free to the agency. After a client accepts a proposal, MAD's business office processes an interagency agreement.
