Enterprise Lean Business Case
The business case for Minnesota’s Enterprise Lean program calls for incorporating “Lean Thinking” principles into the culture of state government. Fundamental to this objective is the creation of an Enterprise Lean management function and process that applies Lean principles and practices via a methodical, planned approach into all areas of the Executive Branch of Minnesota state government.
